My name is Fulgencio Sanmartin [phonetic on the right], I’m a european developer living in Luxembourg, working at the Publications Office of the European Union.
Co-founded Africa no esta tan lejos, an NGO which promotes microcredits in Western Africa. I created and wrote linfoma.net, a site with information about cancer. Whenever I have some free time, I write for wikis (like an article about Gross National Happiness, or about Gender genocide in the Bosnian War), learn new languages or play the transverse flute.
Before, I was proud and fortunate to be webmaster at wikiprogress and wikigender, and to be part of the Climate Change Unit at the European Commission, programming a GIS for the EDGAR project.
This web site was made on a 286 PC (overclocked to appear as an i3 330M), with a monochrome 14” screen (tuned as a 17” LED 16:9), on DOS v5 (upgraded to w7), Notepad++, WordPress, xnView and Firefox. Wamp was helpful for testing locally.
